Kickstart Mentoring

Kickstart Mentoring is an Australian Government initiative providing extra support to Kickstart apprentices.  Business & Employment will provide this support designed to encourage more apprentices to stay in their apprenticeships and successfully complete.

Our Kickstart team of mentors/consultants are trained to provide services including:

  • Regular one-on-one contact with apprentices
  • Arrange referrals it additional support is required
  • Contact with employers, training providers and parent/guardians
  • Arrange access to Apprentice Portal where you can print off your claims and view payments made
  • Personal Support Payments claim reminders via SMS/email
 
Apprentices will be contacted if they are eligible to receive the Kickstart Mentoring service.
